1.    Click on “Tools” menu. (If menu bar is not showing, look for “Tools” on far right side.

2.    Roll cursor over “Pop-up Blocker”

3.    If Pop up blocker says “Turn Off”, click it.

4.    You should see “Sun Java Console” right above “Internet Options”

If not, go to www.java.com and click on “Free Java Download”

Go back to login page and try to login.

They may have to “allow” or “accept” program to run.

 

For Mozilla Firefox it’s similar:

Click “Tools”, look for “Java Console”

System Requirements:

 

Checks 1,2, and 3 should say “Yes” This will tell them if they should get in OK.

If their browser or operating system is not supported, they will not get in on that computer.
